Negative balance of foreign trade in goods improves by USD 222.3 million to USD 1,678.1 million in January

In January 2024, the negative balance of trade in goods improved by USD 222.3 million year over year (negative balance in January 2023 was USD 1,900.4 million).

In January 2024, Ukraine exported goods for USD 3,400.0 million, up 8.2% year over year.

In January 2024, Ukraine imported goods for USD 5,078.1 million, up 0.7% year over year.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in 2023, the imports of goods exceeded exports by USD 27,376.2 million.

In 2023, the negative balance of trade in goods worsened by USD 16,216.1 million year over year (negative balance in 2022 was USD 11,160.1 million).
