7 People Killed, 22 Injured Due Shelling Of Building Of Mykolaiv Regional Administration
7 people were killed, 22 were injured as a result of the shelling of the building of the Mykolaiv regional administration.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU) has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
On March 29, at about 08:45 a.m. in Mykolaiv, as a result of shelling and hitting a nine-story administrative building, the central section of the building from the 9th to the 1st floor was destroyed, without subsequent burning.
"As of 01:30 p.m., the bodies of 7 killed were unblocked at the site of destruction and 22 were injured. The units of the State Emergency Service rescued and released 18 people from the rubble, who were handed over to ambulance teams," the statement says.
Rescuers continue search and rescue operations at the scene.
As Ukrainian News Agency reported, the Russian military launched an airstrike on the building of the Mykolaiv regional administration, part of it was destroyed.
