Official Unemployment Rate In June Stands At 1.3%

In June 2017, the official level of unemployment was the same as in May - 1.3%.

The State Statistics Service has said this in a statement, the Ukrainian News Agency reports.

According to the Service, as at July 1, 2017, 330,200 unemployed were on the register of the State Employment Service of Ukraine.

As at June 1, 2017, 352,600 unemployed were on the register of the State Employment Service.

The statement reads that 265,100 unemployed were paid unemployment benefits from the State in June. The average unemployment benefit was UAH 1,921 in June.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in official level of unemployment decreased by 0.1 percentage points to 1.3%.
