Ex-Duma MP Ponomarev: Ex-FSB General Feoktistov Involved In Voronenkov's Assassination

Former members of the State Duma, the lower house of the Federal Assembly (Russian Parliament), Ilya Ponomarev, considers that former general of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation Oleh Feoktistov is involved in assassination of former member of the State Duma, the lower house of the Federal Assembly (Russian Parliament), Denis Voronenkov.

Ponomarev has said this at a briefing, the Ukrainian News Agency reports.

He added that in Ukraine, Voronenkov intended to investigate existing corrupt schemes in Russia, in particular, schemes of money laundering by Russian enforcers and planned to establish a non-government investigation center.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the police are considering the version according to which Voronenkov could be eliminated by Russian secret services.
