Russia, Germany: Railway Blockade In Donbas Inadmissible

The Russian Federation and the Federal Republic of Germany consider that the railway blockade along the contact line in Donbas is unacceptable.

Foreign Affairs Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov and Foreign Affairs Minister of Germany Sigmar Gabriel said this at their joint press conference, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The German minister added that the blockade of the railway, nationalization of the Ukrainian enterprises by separatists as well as Russia's decision to recognize documents issued by terrorist organizations Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics (DPR and LPR) are leading back to escalation of the conflict.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Security Service of Ukraine states that DPR is interested in further blockade of the railway communication with the uncontrolled territories.
