OSCE SMM: 8 Civilians Killed In Donbas January 30 - February 5

The Special Monitoring Mission of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) states that last week (January 30 - February 5), a total of eight civilians were killed in Donbas.

Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Alexander Hug has told this at a briefing, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Mr. Hug states that both the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the militants violate the agreements reached in Minsk (the Republic of Belarus) in February 2015 and the ceasefire regime.
