Donetsk Governor Zhebrivskyi: Russian Part Of JCCC Gives Ceasefire Guarantees

Chairman of the Donetsk regional civilian-military administration Pavlo Zhebrivskyi says that the Russian part of the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) have given written ceasefire guarantees.

He announced this on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Repair crews have already responded to the spot of breakdown of the power line near Avdiivka, Donetsk Region.

A team of electricians has responded from the side of the terrorist-held territories.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, rescuers have evacuated 200 Avdiivka residents over the militants' shelling.

The Ministry of Infrastructure says that it is ready to provide the necessary transport for the evacuation of Avdiivka residents.
