Ukraine, Israel To Resume Free Trade Area Talks On January 24
Ukraine and Israel intends to resume the negotiations on of a free trade area between them on 24 January 2017.
A well-informed source announced this to Ukrainian News Agency.
According to the source, a delegation of Israel is likely to arrive in Ukraine for the next round of of the negotiations on January 24.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Ukraine and Israel have agreed to hold the next round of talks on an agreement on establishment of a free trade area.
In November 2016, Israeli Knesset's Speaker Yuli-Yoel Edelstein called for acceleration of the signing of an agreement on establishment of a free trade area between Ukraine and Israel in November.
Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has postponed his visit to Israel indefinitely.
Ukraine voted for a UN Security Council resolution that calls on Israel to stop building settlements in the Palestinian territories on December 23, 2016.
