Court Cancels Attachment Of Gulliver Shopping Centre In Kyiv

The Kyiv Court of Appeal has ruled as unlawful and reversed the attachment of Gulliver shopping and leisure centre in Kyiv.

Ukrainian News Agency has seen the Court's ruling of December 27.

The ruling states the prosecutor and the investigator provided no evidence confirming connection of TRI O with Mykhailivskyi Bank OJSC or Ecosipan LLC.

The shopping centre continues working as usual.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv on November 14 attached Gulliver shopping centre in Kyiv.
