Finance Ministry Forms PrivatBank Supervisory Board

The Ministry of Finance has formed the Supervisory Board of PrivatBank.

Minister of Finance Oleksandr Danyliuk said this during a press briefing on Thursday, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

In his words, two representatives of the State and those of international organizations are on the Supervisory Board.

The Minister thinks that this professional team of the Supervisory Board is a key to the bank's success.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Finance Ministry on December 21 acquired ownership of 100% of shares in PrivatBank.
