Official Unemployment Rate Up 0.1 Percentage Point To 1.3% In November

In November, the official unemployment rose by 0.1 percentage point to 1.3%.

The State Statistics Service has said this in a statement, the Ukrainian News Agency reports.

As at December 1, 2016, the State Employment Service registered 337,900 unemployed people.

A total of 316,200 unemployed were registered at the State Employment Service as at November 1.

The number of unemployed, who received state assistance in November was 264,000; the average allowance was UAH 1,873 per person.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in October, the official unemployment fell by 0.1 percentage point to 1.2%.
