MP Nayyem (Petro Poroshenko Bloc) May Take Part In Competition For National Police Chief If Any

Member of Parliament Mustafa Nayyem (Petro Poroshenko Bloc) may take part in the competition for the Chief of the National Police if any.

He said this at Rada TV channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"If a competition is announced and its conditions allow, I'd be running," the MP said.

The future Chief of the National Police must be able to reform the law-enforcement agencies, he added.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Ministry of Internal Affairs will call a competition for the position of the Chief of the National Police.
