Cabinet To Ask Rada To Terminate Agreement With Russia On Return Of Aircraft From Repair Shops
The Cabinet of Ministers intends to consider a draft law on termination of the Ukrainian-Russian intergovernmental agreement on liquidation of aircraft located in repair shops of the Ukrainian and Russian ministries of defense and the procedures for returning them to Ukraine at a meeting on November 23 and submit it to the parliament.
This is stated in the agenda of the Cabinet of Ministers meeting, which is posted on the government website, Ukrainian News reports.
The Cabinet of Ministers will consider draft presidential decrees on award of government scholarships to outstanding people in the information sphere and award of presidential stipends to outstanding Paralympic and Deaflympic athletes and their coaches.
In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers will consider draft covenants on approval of an intergovernmental agreement with Cyprus on cooperation in the areas of health and medical sciences and the signing of a protocol with Cyprus on n implementation of an agreement on readmission of people.
In addition, the government will approve the procedures for allocation in 2016 of confiscated assets and funds raised from sale of property that courts confiscate from people for commission of corruption and corruption-related offenses and approve the list of print media and editorial boards to be reformed in the first stage.
The Cabinet of Ministers also intends to approve a draft agreement with Germany on employment of family members of employees of diplomatic missions and consular institutions and a draft agreement with Switzerland on visa facilitation.
According to the agenda, personnel issues and issues with limited access will also be considered at the meeting.
The meeting, which will be chaired by Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman, is scheduled to begin at 11:00.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the Cabinet of Ministers intends to extend the government's energy efficiency program until the end of 2017.
