Explosion occurred at company near Rivne: 8 people injured

An explosion occurred at the territory of one of the companies near Rivne, eight victims are known, one of them is in serious condition. This was reported by the Rivne region police.

"On April 20, at about 1:00 pm, an explosion occurred on the territory of the company, the activities of which are not related to chemical production, with subsequent ignition. The fire has been localized," the report says.

Emergency services and the leadership of law enforcement agencies are working at the scene. The circumstances are being established. The issue of the legal qualification of the event is also being resolved.

Recall that on April 13, an explosion occurred near one of the private houses in Brovary. A 23-year-old resident of Brovary and his 17-year-old accomplice from the Chernivtsi Region planted an improvised explosive device near a fence and activated it with a phone call. The attackers acted on the orders of the aggressor country's special services.
