CEC recognizes administrator of the Telegram channel Joker Kravets as MP from Servant of the People party instead of Natalukha

The Central Election Commission (CEC) recognized Roman Kravets as an elected member of the Verkhovna Rada from the Servant of the People party instead of Dmytro Natalukha

This is stated in the CEC's message, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

In particular, it is reported that the commission received a resolution of the Verkhovna Rada dated January 14, 2026, which early terminated the powers of MP Dmytro Natalukha, elected in the snap elections of MPs of Ukraine on July 21, 2019 in the nationwide multi-mandate electoral district from the political party Servant of the People, in connection with his personal statement about resigning from his MP's powers.

The CEC considered the said resolution and recognized Roman Kravets, the next candidate included in the electoral list of the political party Servant of the People under No. 153, as the elected MP of Ukraine in the said elections.

According to media reports, 31-year-old Kravets is the owner and administrator of the pro-government Telegram channel "Joker".

At the time of the 2019 elections, he worked as Deputy Director for Information Technology and Security at LLC "SSL Consulting", which was engaged in real estate leasing; according to media reports, this company is associated with businessman and politician Hennadii Korban.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on January 14, the Verkhovna Rada appointed the Chairman of the Rada's Committee on Economic Development Dmytro Natalukha (the Servant of the People faction) to the position of Head of the State Property Fund.
