Kyiv residents are urged to temporarily leave the city if possible due to the difficult situation with heat supply after a massive russian attack. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko has reported this.

Half of the capital's apartment buildings - almost six thousand - are currently without heat due to damage to critical infrastructure as a result of a nighttime combined enemy strike. There are also interruptions in water supply in Kyiv.

The city authorities report that public utilities are operating in an emergency mode. Social institutions, including hospitals and maternity homes, are already powered by mobile boilers. Together with power engineers, utilities are working to restore electricity and heat supply to residential buildings.

According to city officials, the night attack was one of the most painful for the capital's critical infrastructure. The situation is also complicated by the weather forecast - severe weather conditions are expected in the coming days
