Kim Jong Un orders North Korean soldiers in Ukraine to blow themselves up with grenades to avoid capture
DPRK dictator Kim Jong Un has ordered his soldiers sent to fight on the side of russia in Ukraine to blow themselves up with grenades instead of surrendering to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. It was reported by the South Korean edition of Daily NK.
According to journalists, North Korea has started holding regular political classes for the military, where they are being told about the "heroism" of those soldiers who blew themselves up on the battlefield. Such lectures are held twice a week, and their goal is to psychologically prepare soldiers for self-destruction in case of danger of being captured.
Propaganda materials emphasize the "courage" of the North Korean military compared to the russian military, which, according to propagandists, is allegedly less willing to sacrifice itself. In training, soldiers are taught that death on the battlefield guarantees "eternal life," and the slogan "Let's learn from the soldiers who blew themselves up" is spread among the personnel.
South Korean sources note that this practice demonstrates the DPRK leadership's complete disregard for its own citizens, who are sent to fight and die in someone else's war.
DPRK Participation in the War Against Ukraine
It was reported earlier that russia is negotiating with Pyongyang to send North Korean soldiers and sappers to the front. In addition, about 12,000 workers from the DPRK are planned to be attracted to the Alabuga Special Economic Zone to produce Shahed/Geran drones.
According to South Korean, Ukrainian, and Western intelligence services, about 14,000 North Korean military personnel could be sent to Ukraine. According to preliminary estimates, more than 6,000 of them have already been killed.
Recall that by the end of 2025, the aggressor country of the russian federation plans to attract about 12,000 North Korean workers to work at the enterprises of the Alabuga separate economic zone in Tatarstan.
