AFU eliminate 1,670 invaders, 25 armored vehicles and 63 drones. General Staff names losses of russia per day

As of the morning of January 17, the army of the aggressor country, the russian federation, lost 1,670 soldiers, 12 tanks and 13 armored combat vehicles at the front.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported this on Facebook.

The total combat losses of the enemy from 02/24/22 to 01/17/25 were approximately:

• personnel - about 815,820 (+1,670) people eliminated;
• tanks - 9,803 (+12) units;
• armored combat vehicles - 20,381 (+13) units;
• artillery systems - 22,019 (+4) units;
• MLRS - 1,262 units;
• air defense means - 1,046 units;
• aircraft - 369 units;
• helicopters - 331 units;
• UAVs of operational-tactical level - 22,566 (+63) units;
• cruise missiles - 3,049 units;
• ships/boats - 28 units;
• submarines - 1 unit;
• motor vehicles and fuel tanks - 34,256 (+124) units;
• special equipment - 3,699 (+2) units.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the losses of russian troops on January 14 increased by 1,580 to 812,670 people, equipment - by 13 tanks, 22 armored vehicles and 52 artillery systems.
