Premium cars and over USD 1 million in cash. SBI exposes employees of Holosiyivskyi district territorial recruitment and social support center , who made money from "evaders"

Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) detained 3 officials of the Holosiyivskyi district territorial recruitment and social support center of the city of Kyiv and 3 civilians, who organized the scheme of illegal evasion of mobilization. During the searches, they found more than USD 1.2 million in cash and an elite car fleet.

This is stated in the message of the SBI.

Thus, it is reported that employees of the district territorial recruitment and social support center, as well as the head of the military medical commission of the same district, created a criminal group that provided "services" to men, who did not want to do military service. In addition, it is noted that the head of the military medical commission was already suspected of similar actions, was suspended from the post, but continued to influence the processes.

The group was organized by a civilian, who searched for clients, collected the necessary documents and handed them over to the district territorial recruitment and social support center.

A package of military registration documents was prepared for "clients" regarding their removal and exclusion from military registration. The price of the package was from USD 2,000 to USD 15,000.

During the searches, documents and records were seized from the perpetrators, which may testify to the facts of illegal removal from military registration and evasion of mobilization of thousands of persons liable for military service.

More than USD 1.2 million and EUR 45,000 in cash were also discovered and seized. In addition, 11 premium cars, worth approximately USD 100,000 each, were seized.

The perpetrators were served with suspicion of organization, execution, and aiding of the request and their receipt of an unlawful benefit by a group of persons, combined with extortion (Parts 2, 3, 5 of Article 27, Part 3 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The court is asked to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention.

In addition, 2 more employees were found in the same military commissariat, who entered false data into the Unified State Register of conscripts, those liable for military service and reservists, which allowed them to evade military service and go abroad.

They were also served with suspicion of unauthorized interference in the work of information and communication systems (Part 5 of Article 361 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), the issue of choosing a preventive measure in the form of detention is being resolved.

The sanction of the articles provides for deprivation of liberty for a term of up to 15 years.

Currently, the investigation is investigating the circumstances regarding the involvement in the commission of criminal offenses by other employees of the district territorial recruitment and social support center of the city of Kyiv.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the SBI employees caught the head of the military medical commission in Kropyvnytskyi, who, in collusion with an employee of one of the regional dispensaries, organized the sale of "white" military tickets.
