GTS Operator of Ukraine buys 3 gas turbine units from Motor Sich for UAH 447 million

The GTS Operator of Ukraine LLC agreed with the Motor Sich company (Zaporizhzhia) on the purchase of 3 gas turbine units with a total capacity of 18 MW (with assembly) for UAH 446.9 million.

This is evidenced by data in the ProZorro state procurement system, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The delivery date is until October 31, 2024.

The contract was concluded on July 25.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in September 2023, the Cabinet of Ministers transferred the GTS Operator of Ukraine to the Ministry of Energy.

In November 2022, the shares of the companies Motor Sich, Ukrnafta, AvtoKrAZ, Zaporizhtransformator (ZTR) and Ukrtatnafta were alienated into the property of the state for the period of martial law.

After its completion, the assets may be returned to their owners or their value may be reimbursed.
