AFU destroy 1,160 occupiers and 25 tanks. General Staff reports losses of russians per day
The Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated another 1,160 russian occupiers per day, thus the total losses of the russian army in personnel since the beginning of the full-scale invasion amounted to about 476,460 soldiers. Also, the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 25 tanks, 14 AFVs and 37 artillery systems of the enemy.
It was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the enemy from 02/24/22 to 05/07/24 were approximately:
- personnel - about 476,460 (+ 1,160) people eliminated;
- tanks - 7,405 (+ 25) units;
- armored fighting vehicles - 14,227 (+ 14) units;
- artillery systems - 12,287 (+ 37) units;
- MLRS - 1,057 units;
- air defense means - 792 (+ 1) units;
- aircraft - 349 units;
- helicopters - 325 units;
- UAVs of operational and tactical level - 9,717 (+ 34) units;
- cruise missiles - 2,149 (+ 1) units;
- ships/boats - 26 units;
- submarines - 1 unit;
- motor vehicles and tank trucks - 16,509 (+ 32) units;
- special equipment - 2,017 (+ 9) units.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Defense Forces of Ukraine eliminated 1,040 more russian occupiers for the day before last, thus the total losses of the russian army in personnel since the beginning of the full-scale invasion amounted to about 475,300 soldiers. Also, the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 5 tanks, 34 AFVs and 38 artillery systems of the enemy.
