Poroshenko Appoints Reznychenko To Head Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration

Poroshenko emphasized on Dnipropetrovsk region as a heart, soul, center and outpost of Ukraine.

President Petro Poroshenko has appointed Valentyn Reznychenko, former head of Zaporizhia Regional State Administration, to head Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration.

While meeting with regional officials, the president stressed he had made his choice in favour of a civilian rather than a law enforcement officer to run the region.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the Cabinet of Ministers approved Valentyn Reznychenko's appointment as head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration.
