The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced this in a statement.

Ukraine has called on the international community to increase the pressure on Russia because of the escalation of the situation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced this in a statement.

"We call on the international community to increase their influence on the Russian Federation to ensure continued adherence to the comprehensive ceasefire and unconditional implementation of the Minsk documents in full," the statement said.

According to the statement, militants fired across the line of separation more than 240 times in the period from 1 to 11 November, including mortars of the 82-mm and 120-mm calibers, which should be withdrawn in accordance with the agreements reached in Minsk (Belarus) on 12 February.

In addition, according to the statement, high concentrations of heavy weapons - artillery and tanks - as well as deployment of new artillery units, intensified activities of reconnaissance and sabotage groups, and delivery of ammunition have been recorded in the direct vicinity of the separation line in the militant-controlled territory.

Invasions of the airspace of Ukraine by reconnaissance drones are also being recorded.

"We expect the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe's Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine to immediately conduct a comprehensive investigation of the violations of the Minsk Agreement and provide an objective assessment," the ministry added.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ukraine is implementing the Minsk Agreement and taking exhaustive measures to ensure their proper implementation.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, President Petro Poroshenko has said that Ukraine is respecting the deadlines and conditions of the Minsk Agreement.
