Klitschko Wins 39.64% In Kyiv Mayoral Election, Bereza 9.21%, Omelchenko 9.08% With 50% Of Votes Counted

According to the agency's estimates, Klitschko won 142,226 votes, Bereza 37,719, and Omelchenko 37,187.

With about 50% of the votes in the Kyiv mayoral elections counted, the Petro Poroshenko Bloc Solidarnist candidate Vitali Klitschko leads with 39.64% of the votes, followed by Parliamentary Deputy Boryslav Bereza with 9.21% and the Yednist party's candidate Olexander Omelchenko with 9.08%, according to data published by the Kyiv city election commission.

As of 19:30, the Kyiv city election commission had processed data from 49 polling stations in the Pecherskyi district of Kyiv, 87 polling stations in the Holosiivskyi district, 138 in the Desnianskyi district, 136 in the Darnytskyi district, and 105 in the Shevchenkivskyi district.

According to the agency's estimates, Klitschko won 142,226 votes, Bereza 37,719, and Omelchenko 37,187.

In addition, the Samopomich party's candidate Serhii Husovskyi won 7.97% of the votes (32,613 votes), Batkivschyna party's candidate Volodymyr Bondarenko 7.18% (29,391 votes), and the Opposition Bloc party's candidate Oleksandr Puzanov 4.16% (17,028 votes).

According to data from the Central Election Commission, 891,750 people voted in Kyiv.
