Malaysia Airlines, Limited Mobilization, ATO Forces Liberate Severodonetsk, Military Killed In ATO, Russia Deploys Communications Nodes On Border With Ukraine

11:08 Malaysia's Embassy in Ukraine confirms that it has received two 'black boxes' from Malaysia Airlines flight MH17, shot down in Donetsk Region, from representatives of the self-appointed "Donetsk People's Republic" (DPR), the Embassy has informed Ukrainian News Agency.

The Embassy spokesperson says the boxes look not altogether bad.

DPR handed over two airborne recorders ('black boxes') from the downed Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 to Malaysia representatives.

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe from the Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) in Ukraine has not found the 'black boxes' from the Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 downed in Donetsk Region.

Vice Prime Minister for Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Economy Volodymyr Hroisman supposes Russian secret services have already falsified the content of the 'black boxes' from Malaysia Airlines flight MH17, shot down in Donetsk Region.

11:32 The Verkhovna Rada has endorsed President Petro Poroshenko's decree on limited mobilization.

Relevant draft law No.4320 as basis and as a whole received votes of 232 Members of Parliament, while 226 votes enough for approval.

Limited mobilization will be held in the territory of 24 provinces and Kyiv within 45 days.

Draft of commandeered persons, reservists, and supply of vehicles to meet the troops' needs will be of the scope determined by the mobilization plans with account of the reserve.

Limited mobilization has been announced since proliferating displays of terrorism in Ukraine's territory, leading to deaths of civilians, servicemen, personnel of the Ukrainian military components and law-enforcement agencies in the eastern regions of the country; concentration of force groupings of high offensive strength in Russia's territory close to the border with Ukraine; the aggressive threat; the danger to Ukraine's state independence; and with the aim of support of the State defense.

The document was submitted in accordance with a National Security and Defense Council resolution.

On March 17 the Rada gave assent to limited mobilization, and on May 6 to second phase of mobilization.

12:10 As at 11:20, the train with bodies of victims of the Malaysia Airlines jetliner crash in Donetsk region arrived in Kharkiv - the Kharkiv-Balashovskyi station.

The train consists of five refrigerating railcars with "Donbas" inscription on them.

The train departed from Donetsk region to Kharkiv on July 21.

14:34 The anti-terror operation (ATO) forces have cleared terrorists and militants from Severodonetsk, Luhansk Region, reads a statement made by the Internal Affairs Ministry's press service.

"At the moment all vital facilities in the town are under control of the Ukrainian security agencies. Several hostages were freed during the operation. Law-enforces regained control of the city hall, the town police department and local directorate for combating organised crime, as well as the SBU Division," it said.

National Guards and Internal Affairs Ministry elements were taking part in the liberation of the town.

At one of the facilities security agencies found bodies of two gunned down citizens.

Moreover, they freed four hostages, dwellers on neighbouring districts, held captive for about a month, the eldest was 57 and the youngest 21.

The freed prisoners said terrorists had been torturing them.

Photographs of the Ukrainian flag raised atop the city hall are being spread via social networks.

On Tuesday the ATO forces are mopping up terrorists in Severodonetsk.

14:58 Thirteen Armed Forces of Ukraine servicemen were killed in the anti-terror operation (ATO) on July 21, National Security and Defence Council information centre spokesman Andrii Lysenko has told a news briefing.

In particular, three military were killed after blast of a bus, most likely driven by a suicide bomber, near a roadblock outside Kamyanka, Donetsk Region.

Lysenko says the suicide driver theory is being checked now though the ATO leadership doubts this was a terrorist 'kamikaze'.

Two military were killed in the ATO on July 20.

16:22 Servicemen with the Armed Forces of Russia have deployed two communications nodes in Kursk Region on the border with Ukraine, National Security and Defence Council information centre spokesman Andrii Lysenko has told a news briefing.

He remarks, redeployment of the Russian Federation troops to the town of Sudzha in Kursk Region is going on.

In particular, military units from the Transbaikal and Far Eastern Military Districts arrived there yesterday.

"Moreover, two communications nodes are being deployed in the district of Sudzha and communications security facilities are due to be delivered," said the NSDC spokesman.

Russia keeps supplying heavy firepower equipment to militants, in particular traces of bringing 14 Grad multiple rocket launchers from Russia to Ukraine were found in Donetsk Region.

On July 21 two Russian Federation's helicopters Mi-24 violated Ukraine's airspace on a stretch of the State Border Guard Service department Krasna Talivka in Luhansk Region.
